Marian brings a wealth of knowledge to our team, leveraging her prior experience as a certified EFDA. As our Office Coordinator, she has expanded her role to oversee the front office operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience. With her warm smile and exceptional organizational skills, Marian will greet you warmly and assist with scheduling and financial arrangements. Her dedication to exceptional patient care makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

Annabelle

Annabelle is one of the friendly faces you will see at our front desk, where she helps to keep the office running smoothly and ensures every patient feels welcomed from the moment they arrive. Originally from Marquette, Annabelle brings a positive attitude and great attention to detail to her role. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing video games, drawing, and even has a fun hidden talent- she can juggle! She also has a twin brother, which is always a fun fact to share. Annabelle's creativity, energy, and warm personality make her a wonderful part of our team.

Nicole

Nicole takes pride in guiding patients and families through every step of their orthodontic journey. With a welcoming smile and a knack for making people feel at ease, Nicole helps ensure each patient understands their treatment plan and feels confident about their care. 

Born and raised in Northern Michigan, Nicole has deep roots in the community and a genuine passion for helping others smile with confidence. 

In her free time, Nicole enjoys hiking, watching her kids play sports, and exploring her artistic talents.

Chelsey is a driven and passionate orthodontic assistant who consistently demonstrates her dedication to her work by overseeing the clinic. As a devoted mother to her son, Jace, she has honed her ability to balance multiple responsibilities with ease. Outside of the office, Chelsey fuels her energy through CrossFit and is genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional orthodontic care. Her enthusiasm and focus make her a valuable asset to the team.

Kelly's zest for life is contagious, as she tackles every experience with enthusiasm and passion. Her physical therapy background has laid the groundwork for a compassionate approach to healthcare, and her adventurous spirit inspires those around her. Whether in the great outdoors, with loved ones, or in patient care, Kelly brings boundless energy and dedication to everything she does.

Tiffany is originally from Gaylord, and is a valued member of our clinical team, bringing skill, compassion, and a positive attitude to every patient interaction. As a Registered Dental Assistant, she supports our patients with excellent clinical care and attention to detail. Tiffany recently welcomed a baby boy with her husband ay- a joyful new chapter in her life. Outside of the office, she loves all things Hello Kitty and K-Pop. Tiffany's dedication to patient care and cheerful energy make her a wonderful addition to our team.

Alisha is a vibrant and adventurous individual who splits her time between exploring nature's trails and snuggling with loved ones, including her furry feline friends. With a passion for the great outdoors and a heart of gold, Alisha brings warmth and enthusiasm to our team. Her lifelong desire to work in the dental field has led her to our practice, where she is dedicated to delivering exceptional care.

Kristine's personal experience with orthodontic treatment sparked a passion that led her to a rewarding career in the field. Outside of the office, she cherishes time with her daughter, Ella. Kristine's creative talents as a crafter have uniquely translated to her work in the laboratory, where she skillfully crafts custom orthodontic appliances. Additionally, she brings a holistic approach to her work as a certified massage therapist.

Emily

Emily was born in California and began her professional journey as a nursing student before joining our team as a sterilization technician. Her natural ability to understand orthodontics and strong work ethic quickly made her a perfect fit for the clinic. Emily enjoys working closely with patients and values the opportunity to apply her knowledge in a meaningful way. Outside of the office, she loves collecting shoes, figurines, and stuffed animals. Though quiet in nature, Emily takes pride in helping to create confident, straight smiles.

Ava

Ava is a dynamic clinical assistant who brings confidence, skill, and fun to every appointment. Before joining our team, she worked as an esthetician, where she developed exceptional hand skills that now make her a rockstar in the clinic. After completing her dental assisting course and externship with our team, we quickly knew she was a perfect fit. Ava enjoys being outdoors and on the water, has a sweet tooth, and love a good Ulta run. Funny and outgoing, she has a natural ability to connect with both patients and her teammates.

Jillian, CDA, RDA, RDH, BS, MS

​Jillian's passion for orthodontics began with a dental assisting course, leading her to a rewarding career as an orthodontic assistant since 2009. After expanding her expertise with a degree in Dental Hygiene, she even shared her knowledge as an instructor. Outside the office, Jillian prioritizes family time with her husband and two daughters, and also enjoys staying active through running. Her dedication to orthodontics and patient care shines through in everything she does.
